Also, for those officials of the third rank and upwards, one of their sons was to be granted admission into the Imperial College. Grand Secretary Hong Chengchou accordingly listed his relatives as well as the name and age of the boy to be admitted into the Imperial College for the Ministry of Personnel as a reference in applying the honorific investiture.
