Crossbow and Arrows
The crossbow, with an effective range of up to 100 meters, is the weapon with which the Lisu people have traditionally been most skilled. The Lisu, reputed to have excellent eyesight, practiced shooting from a young age, and their arrows were sometimes coated with poison to increase lethality. Compared to firearms, spears, and other weapons, crossbows were more widely used.
