Furnace Wall Fragments
Artifacts R017531:07 and R017536, discovered at Hsiao-t’un, are fragments of the inner wall of a furnace that have been vitrified due to high temperature. R017514:08 is a band of clay which was inserted between cylindrical furnace vessels.
