Jingwei Piwen Certificate from the Censorate to Censor Mi Xiang

In Shunzhi reign, when officials were appointed to posts outside of the capital, they were to apply for a jingwei piwen from the Censorate, which would state the reason for the posting. Qing officials were to obtain such documentation for verification at the post to prevent fraud.
