Closed on National Holidays, Election Days and Long Holiday Weekends (information listed on the museum's website shall prevail).  
The museum will be closed from Feb. 15th (Thu.) to 20th (Tue.) for Chinese New Year Holiday. Wish you great fortune in the Year of Dog!

  2. Audio guides are available in the museum for smartphone users.
  3. Lockers are available at the lobby of the museum.
  4. Museum guide kiosks on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
  5. Guided Group Tour: Available by reservation only. Please make a reservation by using telephone or e-mail two weeks in advance. Tours are conducted in Chinese and English only.
  6. Access ramp and elevators for wheelchair users and other visitors with mobility impairments.
  7. AED (Automatic External Defribillators) is located at the entrance.

  
Museum policy
  • Please do not smoke, eat, or drink in the museum.
  • Please do not bring pets or dangerous goods into the museum.
  •   If you wish to take photographs in the museum, please turn off flash and do not use selfie stick.
  • For the safety of yourself and other guests, running, chasing, jumping, and tapping on glasses are prohibited.
  • The temperature in the exhibition hall is kept at around 20(68). It is therefore suggested that visitors dress accordingly.
  • The museum reserves the right to restrict the number of visitors attending at any one time.
  • There are human skulls being exhibited on the 1st floor. Please avoid the display if you are not comfortable with such contents.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the museum staff and leave the museum in an orderly manner.
